Zöllner is a lunar impact crater located to the west of Sinus Asperitatis. The formation spans an official diameter of 47.69 kilometers.

It was named after German astrophysicist and astronomer Johann Karl Friedrich Zöllner. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-78.
