Geological Chronicle

Wilkins is a lunar impact crater that lies in the rugged highlands in the southeastern part of the Moon's near side. The formation spans an official diameter of 59.44 kilometers.

It is located to the southwest of the crater Pons and the long Rupes Altai scarp. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-96.
