Vaughan is a lunar impact crater that is located on the southern hemisphere on the far side of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 3 kilometers.

It lies west of the crater Maksutov and north of Nishina. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-120.
