Vallis Palitzsch is a geological structure on the surface of the Moon spanning 110.5 kilometers in diameter. Located within the Petavius quadrangle at coordinates 26.16 degrees south and 64.64 degrees east, the lunar valley lies adjacent to crater Palitzsch.

The International Astronomical Union gave the valley its name in 1964. The designation was drawn from the neighboring crater, which honors the German astronomer Johann Georg Palitzsch.
