Geological Chronicle
Tannerus is a small lunar impact crater that is located in the rugged southern highlands of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 28.07 kilometers.
It lies within a couple of crater diameters of Asclepi to the northeast, and some distance due east of Jacobi. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-127.
