Geological Chronicle
Stiborius is a lunar impact crater that lies to the south-southwest of the crater Piccolomini, in the southeastern quadrant of the Moon's near side. The formation spans an official diameter of 43.76 kilometers.
To the south-southwest of Stiborius is the smaller Wöhler. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-113.
