Geological Chronicle
Somerville is a small lunar impact crater in the eastern part of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 17.08 kilometers.
It lies to the east of the prominent crater Langrenus, and was designated Langrenus J before being given a name by the IAU. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-80.
