Segers is a small lunar impact crater that is located on the Moon's far side. The formation spans an official diameter of 17.28 kilometers.

It lies about one crater diameter to the east of the much larger crater Millikan. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-30.
