Geological Chronicle

Schjellerup is a lunar impact crater that is located in the far northern latitudes on the Moon's far side. The formation spans an official diameter of 62.82 kilometers.

This crater lies to the southwest of the larger Karpinskiy, and to the northeast of Gamow. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-7.
