Situated north of Aristarchus crater, Rimae Aristarchus is a system of narrow sinuous rilles. Extending across a distance of 121 kilometers, the system ranks among the largest rilles on the Moon.

Located within the LAC-39 Aristarchus quadrangle at coordinates 27.52° N, 47.25° W, the feature spans a diameter of 175 kilometers and takes its name from the nearby crater.
