Geological Chronicle
Reimarus is a lunar impact crater, located in the southeastern part of the Moon's near side. The formation spans an official diameter of 47.62 kilometers.
The eroded southeastern end of the long Vallis Rheita (Rheita valley) passes just to the west. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-115.
