Razumov is an impact crater on the far side of the Moon, beyond the northwestern limb as seen from the Earth. The formation spans an official diameter of 75.08 kilometers.

It lies along the southeastern outer rim of the walled plain named Landau. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-35.
