Priestley is a lunar impact crater that is located on the far side of the Moon from the Earth, in the low southern latitudes. The formation spans an official diameter of 54.88 kilometers.

It lies to the southeast of the flooded crater Kugler. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-130.
