Polzunov is a lunar impact crater that is located just to the south-southeast of the larger crater Seyfert, on the far side of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 66.53 kilometers.

It was named after Russian heat engineer Ivan I. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-47.
