Geological Chronicle

Nearch is a lunar impact crater that is located in the southeastern part of the Moon, to the southeast of the crater Hommel. The formation spans an official diameter of 72.79 kilometers.

North of Nearch is Vlacq, and to the northeast lies Rosenberger. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-127.
