Geological Chronicle

Naumann is a lunar impact crater located on the Oceanus Procellarum in the northwest sector of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 9.93 kilometers.

It is a bowl-shaped, symmetrical crater with a relatively high-albedo rim. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-22.
