Mons Gruithuisen Delta is a lunar mountain situated north of Gruithuisen crater and east of Mons Gruithuisen Gamma. Spanning a diameter of 27.24 kilometers, the peak reaches an altitude of about 1,800 meters.

The feature has an extremely low bulk density of 2150±150 kg/m³. Its name was given in 1935 after German astronomer Franz von Paula Gruithuisen.
