Menzel is a tiny lunar impact crater located in the southeast of the Mare Tranquillitatis. The formation spans an official diameter of 3.44 kilometers.

It was named after American astrophysicist Donald H. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-61.
