Geological Chronicle
McNair is a small lunar impact crater on the far side of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 32.02 kilometers.
It lies within the double-ringed Apollo basin, inside the eastern part of the interior ring. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-121.
