Geological Chronicle

Mary is a tiny lunar impact crater measuring 0.53 kilometers across in southeastern Mare Serenitatis. The feature lies northeast of the crater Dawes and west of the Montes Taurus range, situated west-southwest of the Taurus–Littrow valley where the Apollo 17 mission landed.

The International Astronomical Union approved the name Mary in 1976, alongside nearby craters Isis, Robert, Osiris, and Jerik.
