Geological Chronicle
Marconi is a lunar impact crater that is located on the Moon's far side. The formation spans an official diameter of 72.88 kilometers.
It lies to the northwest of the large walled plain named Gagarin, and to the southwest of the prominent crater Chaplygin. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-84.
