Geological Chronicle
MacMillan is a bowl-shaped lunar impact crater on the eastern fringes of the Mare Imbrium. The formation spans an official diameter of 6.88 kilometers.
It was named after American mathematician and astronomer William Duncan MacMillan. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-41.
