Geological Chronicle

Lilius is a lunar impact crater that is located in the rugged southern highlands of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 61.18 kilometers.

It lies to the north of the crater Zach, and south-southwest of Cuvier. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-126.
