Geological Chronicle

Lewis is a crater on the far side of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 40.32 kilometers.

It lies along the western edge of the Montes Cordillera mountains that surround the Mare Orientale impact basin. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-107.
