La Caille is a lunar impact crater located in the rugged south-central highlands of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 67.22 kilometers.

It was named after the French astronomer Nicolas-Louis de Lacaille. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-95.
