Geological Chronicle

Kreiken is a small lunar impact crater that is located near the eastern limb of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 29.37 kilometers.

It lies to the south of the crater Kiess and the Mare Smythii. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-81.
