Jarvis is a crater that lies on the far side of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 41.22 kilometers.
It is located within the walled plain called Apollo, and lies in the eastern half of this basin within the interior ring. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-121.
