Innes is a lunar impact crater on the Moon's far side. The formation spans an official diameter of 42.83 kilometers.

It is located less than a crater diameter to the east-southeast of the prominent crater Seyfert. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-47.
