Ingalls is an old lunar impact crater that lies on the far side of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 37.23 kilometers.
It is located to the north-northwest of a walled plain called Mach. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-51.
The International Astronomical Union officially approves the crater name.
