Geological Chronicle

Huxley is a tiny lunar impact crater located in eastern inlet of Mare Imbrium, just to the north of the Montes Apenninus. The formation spans an official diameter of 3.48 kilometers.

It was named after British biologist Thomas Henry Huxley. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-41.
