Houssay is a lunar impact crater located on the lunar far side near the northern pole. The formation spans an official diameter of 31.41 kilometers.

The crater is located to the northeast of and directly adjacent to crater Nansen. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-1.
