Geological Chronicle

Guericke is the remnant of a lunar impact crater at the north part of the Mare Nubium. The formation spans an official diameter of 60.75 kilometers.

It is named after German scientist Otto von Guericke. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-76.
