Geological Chronicle

Eijkman is a lunar impact crater that is located on the far side of the Moon's southern hemisphere. The formation spans an official diameter of 56.36 kilometers.

It lies about a half crater diameter to the southeast of the larger crater Lemaître. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-133.
