Geological Chronicle

Dufay is a lunar impact crater that is located on the far side of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 36.11 kilometers.

It lies about one crater diameter to the east of the large walled plain Mandel'shtam. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-67.
