Dorsum Owen is a wrinkle ridge located in Mare Serenitatis on the Moon, centered at 25.1394°N, 11.0943°E within the LAC-42 quadrangle. The linear feature extends across a total length of 33.47 kilometers.

The International Astronomical Union officially named the ridge in 1976 in honor of George Owen of Henllys, a Welsh geologist and Earth scientist who lived from 1552 to 1613.
