Geological Chronicle

Dorsum Higazy is a lunar wrinkle ridge in Mare Imbrium with a length of 63.1 kilometers. Positioned at coordinates 27.9314°N and 17.4655°W within the Timocharis quadrangle (LAC-40), the feature extends across the mare surface.

The feature was named in 1976 in honor of Egyptian Earth scientist and geologist Riad Abdel-Megid Higazy (1919–1967).
