de Gasparis is a lunar crater that is located in the southwest part of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 30.9 kilometers.

It lies to the southeast of the crater Cavendish and south of Mersenius. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-92.
