Chang Heng is a degraded lunar impact crater that is located on the Moon's far side. The formation spans an official diameter of 42.65 kilometers.

It lies less than one crater diameter to the northeast of the walled plain Fleming. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-47.
