Champollion is a lunar impact crater that lies on the far side of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 48.97 kilometers.

It is located north-northeast of the larger crater Shayn, and south-southeast of Chandler. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-32.
