Geological Chronicle
Buisson is a lunar impact crater that is located on the far side of the Moon, just to the south of the equator. The formation spans an official diameter of 61.27 kilometers.
Nearly attached to the southeast rim is the crater Vesalius. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-83.
