Geological Chronicle

Borel is a tiny lunar impact crater located in the southeast part of Mare Serenitatis. The formation spans an official diameter of 4.66 kilometers.

To the northeast is the crater Le Monnier and to the south is the crater Dawes. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-42.
