Ball is a lunar impact crater that is located in the rugged southern highlands of the Moon. The formation spans an official diameter of 40.31 kilometers.

The formation is circular and symmetrical, and has received little significant wear. It is recorded in the IAU Gazetteer under quadrangle LAC-112.
